Push provides secure fiat on-and-off ramp and crypto-asset services, enabling customers to buy or sell cryptoassets. This role will be critical in ensuring robust financial governance, prudential compliance, and scalable financial infrastructure across the EU.

The position reports to the Push Ireland CEO and to the group CFO and plays a key leadership role in shaping Push’s financial strategy, regulatory compliance framework, and treasury operations in line with MiCAR and Central Bank of Ireland expectations.

How you can make an impact:

  • Lead oversight of treasury policies, processes, and controls to enhance asset utilisation and mitigate financial risk
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, and act as a key interface with regulators on finance-related matters
  • Collaborate closely with Group Treasury and the broader Finance function to align with strategies across the organisation
  • Act as a key point of contact for the Central Bank of Ireland on finance-related matters
  • Ensure timely and accurate regulatory reporting to the Central Bank of Ireland
  • Oversee capital and liquidity management in line with MiCAR prudential requirements, including monitoring of own funds
  • Lead oversight of robust governance frameworks, policies, internal controls and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices
  • Direct funding requirements and capital allocation strategies to optimise financial performance and capital structure
  • Direct financial planning, budgeting, modelling, product executive business partnering and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the product’s strategic goals
  • Oversee local and product-specific accounting, tax, and financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies
  • Support Push’s transition to a pan-European CASP model by building scalable financial systems and processes to support increased transaction volumes
  • Evaluate financial implications of new regulatory requirements and strategic partnerships and counterparties
  • Collaborate closely with the board and executive team, providing accurate and timely financial and risk management reporting

Let's connect if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA, ACA, or equivalent preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or related senior roles
  • Prior experience in a PCF role or equivalent senior regulated function, with previous approval by the Central Bank of Ireland or another EU regulator strongly preferred
  • Strong background in crypto, fintech, or financial services, with a deep understanding of blockchain, crypto-assets, and market dynamics
  • Strong understanding of prudential frameworks, including capital and liquidity management in regulated financial services
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and treasury management systems
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across multiple time zones
  • Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, roll the sleeves up, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
