We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Data Analyst (all genders) to lead our endeavors to new markets, and make operations on the existing markets more profitable. This role is pivotal in managing our end-to-end fine collection process, including data collection, evaluation of process changes, and financial efficiency.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Business Processes: You analyse processes within the company to identify opportunities and problems that you aim to solve by leveraging data.
- Data Collection: We use many different tools and services in our day-to-day business. You are responsible for discovering and collecting missing data together with our data engineers.
- Data Modeling: To make this data usable you will restructure and simplify the data using SQL.
- Data Analytics & Exploration: You will create ad hoc data reports, interactive dashboards and in-depth analyses and make them usable by stakeholders with our BI tools.
- Decisions-Making: You will use these insights and your understanding of the data to support management with decision making and optimisation of business processes.
INSPIRE US BY
- Background: You have 4+ years experience in business, data analytics or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Skill Set: You have a deep understanding of SQL and data modeling, know how to work with relational databases and are an expert in BI Tools like Metabase, Power BI or Tableau.
- Analytical Mindset: You are detail-oriented and because of your analytical mindset, you like to dive deep into data sets and use your insights profitably.
- Business Understanding: You have a deep understanding of business processes and are able identify opportunities and solve business problems by using data.
- Communication: You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in english which enables you to convey findings, manage expectations and make recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
