We’re looking for a commercially driven Renewals Manager to join our growing European team.
 
This is a key revenue-facing role where you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of subscription customers, ensuring strong retention, minimising churn, and unlocking opportunities for growth at every renewal.

Sitting at the intersection of sales, customer success, and commercial operations, you’ll work closely with clients to reinforce the value of our products, build long-term relationships, and negotiate renewals that deliver results for both the customer and the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Owning the end-to-end renewals process for a portfolio of subscription accounts
  • Managing a rolling pipeline of renewals, ensuring nothing is missed
  • Engaging customers well ahead of renewal to understand needs, reinforce value, and reduce risk
  • Leading commercial negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and multi-year agreements
  • Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partnering with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to align on account strategy
  • Proactively identifying at-risk accounts and driving retention plans
  • Maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline data within CRM systems
  • Tracking and reporting on renewal performance, churn and retention metrics
  • Continuously improving renewals processes, playbooks and tools

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within a DaaS preferably or SaaS and subscription business
  • A track record of achieving retention or revenue targets
  • Confidence in handling commercial conversations and negotiations
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Experience in data, analytics, or market intelligence environments
  • Exposure to revenue operations or renewal tooling
  • Additional European language skills are desireable
