Renewals Manager

Sitting at the intersection of sales, customer success, and commercial operations, you’ll work closely with clients to reinforce the value of our products, build long-term relationships, and negotiate renewals that deliver results for both the customer and the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the end-to-end renewals process for a portfolio of subscription accounts
- Managing a rolling pipeline of renewals, ensuring nothing is missed
- Engaging customers well ahead of renewal to understand needs, reinforce value, and reduce risk
- Leading commercial negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and multi-year agreements
- Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Partnering with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to align on account strategy
- Proactively identifying at-risk accounts and driving retention plans
- Maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline data within CRM systems
- Tracking and reporting on renewal performance, churn and retention metrics
- Continuously improving renewals processes, playbooks and tools
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within a DaaS preferably or SaaS and subscription business
- A track record of achieving retention or revenue targets
- Confidence in handling commercial conversations and negotiations
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage multiple stakeholders
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting
- Experience in data, analytics, or market intelligence environments
- Exposure to revenue operations or renewal tooling
- Additional European language skills are desireable
