  • Deliver responsive and professional support through the HR inbox, ensuring queries are managed efficiently and consistently.
  • Provide HR administration support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment changes and offboarding activities.
  • Work closely with the wider People team to support daily operational activities and priorities.

  • Help identify and address gaps in policy documentation, ensuring compliance and consistency.
  • Create and maintain standardised HR templates, letters, communications and process documentation.
  • Contribute to improving ways of working and embedding best-practice HR processes across the organisation.

  • Assist with HR projects and transformation initiatives across the business.
  • Coordinate historical employee data gathering and filing activities in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of strong operational foundations that enable future automation and AI-enhanced HR support.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and passionate about delivering a great employee experience.

Essential Experience
