What You'll Be Doing
As an IT Support Software Engineer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our people and systems run smoothly while helping enhance our B2B SaaS products.
You'll:
- Develop and deliver software solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and internal systems
- Provide technical support to colleagues, ensuring minimal disruption to day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and other teams across the business
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, security, reliability, and development processes
- Document solutions, best practices, and technical procedures to support knowledge sharing
- Escalate complex issues where required and work collaboratively toward resolution
- Deliver training and guidance to employees who need support with technology and business systems
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone with approximately 3 to 5 years of experience who is comfortable working independently, managing priorities, and taking initiative.
Technical Experience
You don't need to tick every box, but experience in several of the following areas would be valuable:
- Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Intune, and Defender
- System administration, endpoint management, and security best practices
- Programming experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages
- Modern SaaS architectures, APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications
- Monitoring and observability platforms such as Datadog, App Insights, or Prometheus
- Testing methodologies including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production troubleshooting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Business-level English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel occasionally for team meetings, company events, or project requirements
