Join Expana as a Client Success Executive (French Speaker)!

Expana is on the brink of rapid growth in a vast and expanding global market, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Client Success Executive to play a pivotal role in our journey. In this position, you will support clients and their users through onboarding, training, and best practices for utilising the Expana platform, ensuring they fully understand the service and its value.

You will engage with clients daily, from the moment they sign their contract through to contract re-negotiation. As the primary point of contact for all client needs, you will be dedicated to providing an exceptional experience, helping to establish Expana as their trusted partner. Your key objective will be to maximize client retention and satisfaction.

In this highly visible role, you will collaborate closely with our sales and product development teams, identifying new opportunities within client organisations for the sales team to pursue. Your successes will be recognised and celebrated as you contribute to our collective growth and impact.

Responsibility

    • To effectively manage a diverse portfolio of clients and maximize their return on investment (ROI) from the Expana service, especially for French-speaking clients, consider the following engaging and inclusive strategies:
    • Client Onboarding and Adoption: Create a structured onboarding process that caters to the unique needs of each client.
    • Proactive Relationship Management: Regularly connect with clients to gain insights into their evolving business needs.
    • Understanding Business Goals: Dedicate time to learn about each client’s business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Monitoring Client Health: Implement a system to track client engagement and satisfaction metrics.
    • Regular Communication: Establish a routine for sharing best practices, success stories, and relevant updates.
    • Detailed Account Management: Keep organised and detailed notes for each client account.
    • Day-to-Day Support: Be readily available to assist clients with any system issues or questions they may have.
    • Collaboration with Sales Team: Collaborate closely with the sales team to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base.
    • Compliance and Training: We will ensure that you and your team are well-versed in ISO 27001 training and that all mandatory compliance documents are regularly reviewed.
    • By implementing these strategies, you can enhance client satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and ultimately maximize the ROI for clients utilizing the Expana service.

    • Language Skills: Fluency in French is required.

    • Technical Experience: Familiarity with Salesforce, customer success software, and health scoring is advantageous.
